Studio Policies
⁃ Upon arriving, please park in one of the designated “VISITOR” parking spots. They are scattered throughout the lot. You will receive exact studio location in the confirmation email and text.
⁃ Please wait until you receive a text message with the go ahead to enter. This ensures I am ready for your service.
⁃ Please try and use the restroom before arriving. Comfy clothes are encouraged!
⁃ Guests are not allowed.
⁃ No outside food or beverages please.
⁃ 24/7 video & audio recording on premises.
- Please do not come to your appointment feeling sick or unwell.
- K Lashes accepts the following forms of payment: debit and cash
- E-transfers and credit cards are NOT accepted
- Please be aware that when paying cash, your total is still subject to taxes. No exceptions.
- Your appointment time is specifically blocked off for you so we ask that you try to provide at least 48 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Failure to do so will result in 50% of the service cost being charged.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be cancelled and classified as a no show. You will be charged the late cancellation fee.
- If payments fails, you will be unable to rebook with K Lashes.
- We ask that you arrive with a clean lash line and a make up free face!
- It is required that you have a MINIMUM of 40% retention when arriving for a lash fill. Less than 40% will result in an additional charge.
- If you arrive with lashes that are dirty and/or unkept, a deep cleaning fee may apply
- Whenever it is required that we work over another lash artists work, an additional fee may be charged. Also, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fill over the work if it is damaging to your natural lash line.
